Hi I’m Melissa. I have 13+ years experience taking ambiguous problems from discovery to launch.
I’m currently at JP Morgan as UX lead, building a banking platform to provide financial services. Before, I worked at Google Health, Deepmind as well as startups, delivering new products to market globally.
My specialty is helping organisations translate complex problems into clear design strategies and bringing together cross-functional teams and designers to deliver impactful solutions for customers.
